The IU Health Nashville Medical Office Building is a completed 7,500-square-foot healthcare facility located on a two-acre site in Nashville, Indiana. Designed to support efficient outpatient care, the building features 12 exam rooms along with associated clinical and support spaces tailored to meet patient and provider needs. Developed through a partnership with the YMCA of Nashville, Indiana, the project involved IU Health overseeing the full design and construction of the medical office building under a development agreement. The YMCA retains ownership of both the land and the facility, while IU Health occupies the building under a long-term lease. This completed medical office building expands access to high-quality healthcare services in the Nashville community and reflects a collaborative approach to delivering modern, patient-focused medical facilities.
