The Schneck Medical Center OB and NICU Renovation is a completed 11,500-square-foot healthcare renovation project in Seymour, Indiana, focused on enhancing obstetrics and neonatal care environments. The renovation modernized the Obstetrics Unit with updated finishes and reconfigured support spaces designed to improve patient care, staff efficiency and overall functionality. The project included the construction of a new nurse station, clean supply room, staff lounge, locker rooms, medical preparation rooms, offices, nourishment areas, infant feeding spaces and a new nursery. Careful planning and execution allowed the work to be completed within an active hospital setting while maintaining continuity of care.
