At Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, we renovated the existing Sterile Processing Department for Endeavor Health while the hospital stayed fully operational, coordinating every phase of work around the rhythms of an active clinical environment.
The renovation brought the department’s space and systems up to current standards, improving workflow and better supporting the surgical services team that depends on it every day. Careful sequencing and close communication with hospital staff kept disruption to a minimum from start to finish.
