Guardian Equipment

In order to centralize Guardian Equipment’s operations, Pepper converted an existing 70,000-square-foot warehouse into a new, combined corporate headquarters and modern manufacturing facility. The site includes a two-story addition to the existing facility and a new 100-stall permeable parking lot. Part of a relocation to North Branch Street in Chicago, Guardian embraced its new community by successfully reaching the project team’s MBE/WBE and Chicago resident participation goals.
