Renovation and expansion of an existing 28,000-square-foot, two-story office building into a 60,000-square-foot police and court facility for Westerville Division of Police. The new space combines all the bureaus of the WPD, including Mayor’s Court, Investigations and Emergency Communications (9-1-1), which were previously located at three separate locations. The new facility includes a shooting range with state-of-the-art targeting systems, jail holding cells, evidence lock-up areas, community rooms, training space for police officers and a front entry with stone veneer.
