Baxter Credit Union (BCU) relocated its corporate headquarters from 400 N Lakeview Parkway to 340 N Milwaukee Avenue in the Continental Executive Park in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The complete demolition and buildout of a stand-alone office building includes a branch retail location, corporate offices, training facilities and a fitness center. We reused the existing MEP systems and installed a new 600kw generator.
