Confidential Client North American Headquarters and Pharmaceutical Glass Manufacturing Facility

This ground-up 574,000-square-foot facility will house state-of-the-art production lines to produce glass syringes and vials with EZ-Fill® technology at the new Fisher's Life Sciences and Innovation Park in Fishers, Indiana. Research and production spaces include ISO 5, ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms and labs, as well as Clean Non-Classified labs and quality control rooms. Specialty systems include a water for injection system, water recovery system and a siphonic rooftop drain system, in addition to the MEP/FP systems, all of which are being coordinated with BIM. The facility also includes offices, training and conference spaces, an after-sales support center and showroom, as well as kitchen/canteen and break rooms for the staff. As part of the project, Pepper is also installing the site infrastructure for the research park.
