This 79,000 s.f. phased renovation marked the first major update to HSE’s Lantern Road Elementary in nearly 30 years. The project presented several complexities, including replacing a skylight that spans the center of the school and integrating a new mechanical system while work continued in an occupied environment. Additional improvements included new flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, doors, lighting and modest reconfigurations to enhance functionality and flow.
