Meet Project Director Brian Lensink. Brian has more than 25 years of industry experience, 10 of which have been with Pepper. Brian is Pepper Ohio’s industrial expert having completed more than 5 million square feet of industrial construction.

Brian attended Milwaukee School of Engineering where he received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Structural Engineering. Prior to working at Pepper, he spent 13 years at Turner Construction as a superintendent working on a wide range of large-scale projects including Children’s Hospital and South Campus Gateway.

One of Brian’s hobbies outside of work is martial arts. He previously owned his own martial arts school and taught various martial art forms including Combat Hap-Ki-Do and Krav Mega. Brian is actively involved in the School Outreach Program at the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and is a member of the Academic Advisory Committee at C-TEC.  Brian is also active in his church serving on both the finance committee and church council. On occasion, you can find Brian playing his guitar during a Sunday service.

We are proud to have Brian as a part of the Pepper Ohio team and wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate all of his accomplishments!
