An 11,000-square-foot, multi-phase renovation of the existing pharmacy and pharmacy support spaces at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois. The project expanded and modernized the department to support evolving pharmacy operations, including the installation of a new air handling unit and significant MEP infrastructure upgrades to accommodate new equipment and increased capacity.
Delivered using an Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA), the project brought together Advocate Health Care, Perkins&Will, Grumman|Butkus, Dickerson Engineering, Hill Mechanical and Jamerson & Bauwens in a highly collaborative approach. The phased renovation enabled the medical center to maintain critical pharmacy services throughout construction while enhancing operational efficiency, supporting future growth and improving the overall functionality of the department.
