Pepper was selected by Logistics Properties Co. to construct the LPC Palatine 90 Logistics Center, a 367,696-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Palatine, Illinois. Situated on 28.5 acres, the modern logistics center features 60 exterior loading docks, two overhead drive-in doors, more than 73 trailer parking stalls, and 363 vehicle parking spaces. Strategically located near the I-90/290 interchange and within close proximity to O'Hare International Airport, the facility is designed to support efficient distribution operations while meeting the growing demand for industrial and logistics space in the region.
