This confidential educational facility relocated to an existing building within Chicago's Avondale neighborhood. It is associated with a global education group that offers nursing and healthcare degrees, in addition to supplemental resources and support services for their students.

After Pepper completed an extensive interior demolition of the existing building, the renovation process began across four floors, covering a total of 70,000 SF. Features include common rooms, lecture halls, flexible classrooms, administrative and faculty offices, student services, simulation bays, a library, exam rooms, a skills lab and space to specifically support a physician’s assistant program. Additionally, new restrooms are installed on each floor and a canopy was added at the building’s entrance.
