Mindhaven Interior Buildout

Mindhaven is a nonprofit organization dedicated to memory support and treatment and we’ll be helping bring their first facility to life in Evanston, Illinois. The 10,000-square-foot interior buildout is designed to feel calming and restorative from the moment you walk in. Spaces like a serviced coffee bar, a plant and gardening bar and quiet “nest” nooks sit alongside exam suites and tranquil gathering areas, giving individuals with memory care needs and their families a place that feels more like a sanctuary than a clinical setting. Extensive millwork finishes and interior plantings, including a ceiling canopy of plants with grow lights, weave nature throughout the space creating an environment built around healing and connection.
