One North Wacker is a 51-story Class A tower in the heart of Chicago’s Loop, and owner Irvine Company made a significant investment to make sure the building’s amenity floor lives up to that address. We were selected to redevelop the 15,000-square-foot mezzanine level into a destination that gives tenants a reason to stay, gather and recharge.
The renovated space features an enhanced KINETIC fitness center, an expanded tenant lounge, conference rooms, a prep kitchen and an all-new craft coffee bar. A transformed venue and event space rounds out the offering, giving tenants flexible options for meetings and gatherings of all sizes. The work required careful coordination throughout, as the mezzanine sits directly above two active restaurants and the ComEd vault that serves the entire building. The project was completed in four months.
