This six-story, senior-care campus was constructed on the site of the former Blessed Virgin of Pompeii church and school in Milwaukee. The site includes a newly constructed St. Rita Church with 5,256 square feet on the first floor and a lower-level fellowship hall with a servicing kitchen. An outdoor meditation garden facilitates contemplation and small group worship.
The senior care center offers a direct physical connection to the church. At more than 170,000 square feet, St. Rita Square features 72 independent living apartments, 20 community-based residential units and 26 memory-support units. Indoor and outdoor concierge amenities are available with common areas that enrich the lives of the residents.
Throughout the construction process, our team worked with students from a nearby school to help foster their interest in STEAM programs and the construction industry. To learn more about the program, click here.
