This six-story, senior-care campus was constructed on the site of the former Blessed Virgin of Pompeii church and school in Milwaukee. The site includes a newly constructed St. Rita Church with 5,256 square feet on the first floor and a lower-level fellowship hall with a servicing kitchen. An outdoor meditation garden facilitates contemplation and small group worship.
The senior care center offers a direct physical connection to the church. At more than 170,000 square feet, St. Rita Square features 72 independent living apartments, 20 community based residential facilities and 26 memory support units. Indoor and outdoor concierge amenities are available with common areas that enrich the lives of the residents.
Throughout the construction process, our team worked with students from a nearby school to help foster their interest in STEAM programs and the construction industry. To learn more about the program, click here.
