Restaurant and microbrewery for Third Eye Brewing Company located across from the Sharonville Convention Center. The 7,000-square-foot taproom's exterior was constructed with insulated concrete forms (ICFs) to not only reduce sound transmission but also to add thermal insulation value. Inside, the building features exposed concrete, large windows, glass garage doors, steel and reclaimed wood to give the brewery a warm, industrial feel. Additionally, there is an open space for seating and food, as well as a 60-foot bar with modular seating that can be rearranged to accommodate different sized groups and a 3,600-square-foot pet-friendly outdoor space.
