The Cincinnati Children's Hospital Union, Kentucky project involved constructing a new medical office building. This center provides pediatric and primary care to families throughout Northern Kentucky. Featuring an x-ray room, ultrasound and a procedure room to support diagnostic and outpatient services, the facility offers a comprehensive range of specialized clinics, including Adolescent Medicine, Dermatology, Diabetes, Gynecology, Human Genetics, Neonatology Complex Care, Pediatric Surgery Consultation, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Rheumatology.
Located within the growing Union Promenade development, the project was part of a larger mixed-use expansion that introduced new businesses and residential opportunities to the area, enhancing access to essential healthcare and strengthening the surrounding community.
