Among the many lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, one lesson we have learned is that indoor air quality matters. Like drinking water, outdoor air pollution, and the food we eat, the quality of indoor air is now under the microscope for future regulation.

Cincinnati, OH – May 10, 2021 Pepper Construction, a construction manager with deep roots in Ohio, announced that it is expanding its Cincinnati operations and relocating the company to the former Stearns & Foster office building in Lockland, Ohio.
Pepper Construction of Ohio, serving as construction manager for The Ohio State University, has commenced construction on the Goss Laboratory renovation project. The renovation is a joint project between The Ohio State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) and Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC) - James to create more faculty and staff offices and a larger, more flexible laboratory space.
The Association of General Contractors (AGC) recently honored Pepper's Virtual Reality Training software as the First Place Award Winner in their annual Innovation competition. The software uses virtual reality to turn the general safety training monologue into a dialogue and an immersive experience that team members will remember and apply throughout their careers.
